Your Career Path at Relay Advisors

The career path at Relay Advisors moves through five primary positions:

Analysts: quantitative experts

As an analyst, you will develop the basic skills to act as a reliable value driver on any team. You will own the quantitative and research module, work closely with clients and develop your presentation and communication skills. This experience will be helpful to you whether you continue with us or go to any other top-tier industry leader in a strategy position. Typically analysts have an undergraduate degree in business, science, law, or engineering.

Associates: communication experts

Associates own client relationships and are responsible for the quantitative and qualitative modules of a project. Associates are encouraged to develop their business development skills and are accountable for client feedback: they design and execute project workplans and manage analysts. Typically, associates have a graduate degree, or an MBA.

They lead specific business development efforts and maintain close client relationships. Managers also train consultants and associates and take on other internal responsibilities such as recruiting. Typically managers have a graduate degree and more than 5 years of relevant experience at a top firm.

Principals and Partners: deliverable owners

Principals and Partners are established industry experts with deep business knowledge, corporate finance experience and strong client relationships.
